Digital Modernism is a contemporary form of modernist thought shaped by technological advancement,

digital communication, and changing human experiences in the twenty-first century. Unlike classical modernism,

which reflected industrialization and world wars, Digital Modernism explores the influence of computers, the internet,

artificial intelligence, and global digital networks on literature and identity. In this literary environment, the traditional

boundaries between writer, reader, and text are becoming less fixed. Forms suth as hypertext fiction, interactive

storytelling, and digital poetry encourage readers to participate actively in the creation of meaning. Writers

experiment with fragmented narration, non-lincar structures, multimedla techniques, and visualtextual combinations.

presenting Sterature as dynamic and evolving rather than fixed and linear. Digital Modernism also reflects the

psychological effects of ling in a hyper-connected world. Constant exposure to information, social media, and virtuall

identities has created new forms of fragmentation in human consciousness. People often construct multiple digital

identities, raising questions about authenticity and reality. Writers portray characters struggling to balance physical

existence with digital representation. Furthermore, Digital Modernism highlights changes in language and

communication. Digital culture encourages short messages, emojis, hashtags, and visual symbols, Influencing literary

expression through brevity and ambiguity. Although this transformation raises concerns about the decline of

traditional literary richness, it also creates new creative opportunities. Despite its challenges, Digital Modernism allows

global collaboration, instant publication, and the fusion of siterature with technology, art, and design. Thus, Siterature

continues to adapt to the realities of the digital age while maintaining its essential role in exploring human experience.
